Round and round.
Hooping is a playful way to work your core, get your heart rate up and improve coordination, and it’s easy to do at home or in the garden.
Start with a larger, heavier hoop: it turns more slowly and is easier to keep up. As you improve, go smaller and lighter for faster tricks and hoop dance.
